How do I get a UCSD ID number?
Shortly after completing your New Hire Paperwork, you will receive an email from our HR contact with your new ID#.

How do I obtain a UCSD email account?
Upon completing your New Hire Paperwork, an HR contact will submit a “Pediatrics Server Request” form to the IT Staff. Depending on your level of access requested from your supervisor, our IT Staff will grant you access to select divisional folders, and will email you your new UCSD email account info.

How do I get a UCSD Campus ID card?
You will receive a UCSD Campus ID request form during your New Hire Orientation. You and your supervisor will fill out the necessary info on the form. Once the form is completed, you will go to the Student Services Center located on Campus to take your ID picture and receive your ID card.

How do I print out my timesheets?
You can go to Blink, under the personal tools tab click on “My Time”, and enter your “Single Sign On” login. Once you have completely filled out your timesheet and have your supervisor signature, you can fax your timesheet to the Pediatrics Business Office at (858) 246-0019. No cover sheet needed.
