Software and Additional Support Services

Software Support:

 We provide consultation on programming projects and web services free of charge for up to three hours. We can provide estimates of resources and costs necessary for a project as well as accept project proposals to be reviewed. Place a request using our Help Desk system. Application enhancements and website updates may also be submitted using our system. Due to limited resources, after review by the IT unit, Department Chair’s approval is required.

Additional Support:

Given the department’s limited resources, we realize there are some services we cannot provide. For these, we recommend the use of recharge facilities available to UCSD Health Sciences and UCSD community members.
