UCSD Pediatric residents are compensated according to the UCSD Medical Center housestaff salary scale. In support of our residents education and well-being, we also provide residents with educational resources, research grant funds and other benefits listed below.

PL1 $4,190.25/month $50,283/year
PL2 $4,333.67/month $52,004/year
PL3 $4,504.17/month $54,050/year
